☝🏼 Tension strings are strings of fishing line that are stretched between the curtain rod and the bottom edge of the window frame. The curtain is fixed to these strings with special fasteners and moves along them, as if along guides, when lifting and lowering. Thus, the strings guide the course of the canvas and do not allow it to “walk” or move.
With tension strings, the curtain fabric fits as close as possible to the window, does not sag or dangle even when the sash is folded back for ventilation👍🏼
Transparent fishing line is almost invisible on the window. Therefore, the presence of strings does not affect the aesthetics and appearance of curtains, while making their use more convenient.
We have a huge selection of roller blinds with and without tension strings. The set of strings is indicated in the product description.
