Let me tell you about my favorite pattern.
In the low-carb LCHF mode, no hunger, eat only 3-4 times a day, you can eat a lot of delicious things (hard cheese, heavy cream, nuts, dark chocolate, fatty meats in any form) without consequences for the stomach, plus once a week arrange a small carbohydrate load to shake up the metabolism.
It was on carbohydrates that I suffered the first few days. So here is my salvation, what I so dreamed about and could afford — a cheesecake!

Carbs: 6 g
Proteins: 4 g

Ingredients:
— Eggs 3pcs
— Philadelphia cheese (cream cheese) 120g
-Milk chocolate without sugar 120g-sah deputy

Cooking method
1. Separate the proteins, beat until stable peaks and put in the refrigerator.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then, add cream cheese to it and mix until smooth. Remove from water bath and cool slightly. Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
3. Add 1/3 proteins to the dough, gently mixing with a silicone spatula. Pour the dough into a mold (16 cm). Wrap the bottom of the mold in foil.
4. Pour 2 cm of water into a deep baking sheet and place the mold in it. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 150 and hold for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven (do not open the door) and leave the cake inside for another 15 minutes.
